The challenge was to increase response predictability, whilst maximising their return on investment on a seasonal cross media campaign.
MetroMail were able to segment the data enabling customers to receive up to 13 pre-selected A4 brochures, polywrap the mail packs and dispatch to obtain maximum mailing discounts. This benefited the client as it ensured each of their customers received a personalised and tailored product specific requirement.
