The client operated their own in-house production facility & team, however their equipment was coming to the end of its lifecycle and there was pressure to reduce business costs. They either needed to invest heavily in new technology or outsource for an improved solution.
Following a rigorous tender and due diligence process the client chose the MetroMail solution as our technologies were able to offer a full range of transactional and polywrap services. The benefit to the client is that they were able to reduce production overheads, take advantage of a greater breadth of equipment, increase integrity and maximise their commercial return. Migration to the MetroMail solution was timely and caused minimal disruption to production. Furthermore, by collaborating with MetroMail the client was able to diversify their offering through exposure to new technologies.
